They were the best. I was in dire straights and they came through. The young was the best. I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile. The world could use a whole lot more like him.
I’ve always liked this library, only downside is there’s no late fees anymore, so books me or the kids want to get sometimes don’t get returned for months, if ever, because there’s no reason to bring the books back in, in a timely manner, or all. So we have to wait around sometime months to get what we want and some books never come back. Even without the late fees we always, my family and I return each and every book right away so others can have their share as well. I’m just super disappointed and wish they’d bring back the late fees. I’ve also mentioned before that tax payers dollars pay for the book and DVD’s. So with every book and DVD not returned is a waste of the public's money. I’ll definitely come back when the late fees come back.
The Anchorage and eagle river libraries are horrible! Everytime I take out a dvd at the library it freezes! It’s like people are deliberately scratching the back of the movies! The people who work at the library should check the back of the movies and hold the person responsible who had the movie checked out but they don’t! Will never check out another movie! Books yes not dvds!
Quiet once I put my headphones on. Nothing against the library, just people that answer and speak on their phones very loudly.
CLOSED ON MONDAYS SHORTER HOURS Small Comunity library Local art displays, courteous people. Children’s workshop room & study rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Great sized library, and capable of getting many more titles in for you for free just put a hold on it through thr catalog. Clean friendly inviting space. Great for all ages. Large easy parking lot very accessible
Lovely and helpful employees and the branch manager rocks! Lots of selection for materials to borrow and it's almost always neat and organized!
Very kid friendly. It is a smaller library but they are so helpful with getting books from the other library if they don't have it on their shelves. Super easy and convenient drop off for checked out books, with an after hours drop off spot as well. It is a great place to go on a rainy or stormy day with the kids to read books, do a puzzle, play a quieter board game, or study for school.
Bigger library than what I was expecting. It's nice spacious and the staff were very friendly.
Acceptable facility. Nice staff.

Places like this are more than coordinates. They are where ideas become decisions, where communities keep memory, and where the words in a textbook become a room you can stand inside.
